Aizu","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_3_description_10":{"attribute_name":"要旨","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"「住み慣れた自宅や地域で暮らし続けたい」と願う人びとは多い。日本における政策動向をみていくと、たとえ介護が必要になったとしても本人が住み慣れた地域で暮らし続けることを可能とすることを意図した方向性が示され、そのための制度設計が進められてきている。一方、多くの人びとが特別養護老人ホームへの入所申込をしており、2009 年12 月の時点で全国に約42.1 万人の入所待機者がいるという現状が厚生労働省から発表されている。「自宅や地域で暮らし続けたい」との思いを持ちつつも、多くの人びとが自宅から施設への移転を選択している状況であり、また申込後の長期間にわたる待機という状況下におかれているのである。このような状況下にある人びとを含め、一人ひとりが望む「どうしたいのか」実現するための方策が求められているのだといえる。本稿は、2011 年度からイギリス・リーズ市において新たに取り組まれるようになった「本人が住み慣れた自宅や地域のなかで、できるだけ長く自立した生活を続けることを可能にするための実践」としての`Reablement Service'に目を向け、その概要を紹介することを通して日本への示唆を得ようと試みたものである。Reablement Service
