Aizu","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_3_description_10":{"attribute_name":"要旨","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本稿はロンドンに一般にあり都市景観の主要な要素となっているTERRACED HOUSE について町並み構成パターンを中心に調査した結果について記すものである。今回は前回地区を南に下ったNorth Kensington地区(図-01)を対象とした。結果として44 街路(家並としては73)1094 住戸についてのデーターを収集し分析を行なった。これまでの地区との比較でこの地区の特徴を述べると家並み構成単位については玄関の位置が同じである(a)の配置が31%を占めていることは特筆すべきである。これまでの地区では最高がFulham 地区の5%であることからもを見ても大きな違いである。また、(b)の鏡写しの2 戸を組み合わせたものがFluham 地区では76%、Kensal Green 地区では75%、Kilburn High Road 地区は88%と4 分の3 以上を占めていたが、今回の地区は29%であったことも他とは大きく異なった点である。前回新たに設けた (a)と(b)が交互においてパターン化するような(ab)が16%あったことも他地域とは異なる点である。1家並みに見られる建物の表面デザインの種類についてはFulham 地区では1種類(62%)と2 種類(24%)でほとんどを占め、Kensal Green 地区では1 種類(34%)、2 種類(34%)そして3 種類(23%)と異なったデザインの住戸を多用しているという特色がみられ、Kilburn High Road 地区は1 種類(30%)、2 種類(25%)、3 種類(15%)、4 種類(10%)、6 種類(6.7%)そして7 種類(10%)と多くの種類を含んでいる家並みが多いという特等がみられたが、今回は1種類(49%)、2 種類(26%)、3 種類(19%)とKensal Green 地区に似た傾向であった。全体構成についてはFluham 地区では(ア)単一のパターンを連続させるもの(71%)、(ウ)家並みを数区に分けそれぞれに別のパターンを並べるもの(通りによる分節無し)(21%)とこの2 タイプで9 割を占めKensalGreen 地区では(ア)(47%)、(ウ)(10%)と6 割弱、Kilburn High Road 地区は(ア)(32%)、(ウ)(43%)と7割強となっているが、今回は(ア)(68%)、(ウ)(25%)と2 つで9 割強となりFluham 地区に似た傾向を示している。道路の両側の関係では各地区を代表するものはFluham 地区では構成単位も異なり、関係性が薄い(4)や(4')が50%、Kensal Green 地区では同じ構成単位であるが並べ方には関係性が薄い(3)や(3')が48%、Kilburn HighRoad 地区ではある程度以上シンメトリーを感じる
